Ages 6 - 18 months. This exciting class gives you the opportunity to bond with your child while working out. This class is designed for all fitness levels and uses your baby's natural weight and growth to increase resistance during the workout. It is required that you have your child with you in the water during the class. Swim diapers are required and we recommend parents wear water shoes. This is not a learn to swim class.
